Welcome to Quinvora. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Quinvora. Quinvora operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Quinvora runs on Shopify technology.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting or buying from our store you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 · Access and account

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you place an order and you are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

Section 2 · Our products

Quinvora pieces are statement fashion jewelry made of a metal alloy with a snakeskin print, a lobster clasp and a golden extension chain. We make every effort to show colors and finishes accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Small variations in the print can occur from one piece to another.

Section 3 · Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your market and are final: shipping is free on every order and we do not add taxes or duties at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown in our store.

Section 4 · Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability; if this happens after payment, we will refund you in full.

Section 5 · Promotions

Promotions such as "2nd necklace 30% off in the same order" are applied automatically at checkout, are valid only during the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Section 6 · Shipping

Orders are prepared in 2–3 business days and delivered in 10–12 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Section 7 · Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The piece must arrive unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, each claim is reviewed individually and, if approved, we replace it. Full details, including how to file a claim, are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Section 8 · Intellectual property

All content of the Services, including the Quinvora name and logo, texts, photographs and design, belongs to Quinvora or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Section 9 · Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their operation, to introduce malicious code or to impersonate other people.

Section 10 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quinvora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 12 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Section 13 · Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
